I think the inverse ETFs can still trade, because they don’t directly short stocks, but work through some derivatives. No idea.

I’m now starting to think that after-hours trading was halted for this reason.

If this were to pass, I’d expect a mass exodus from the markets. I know I don’t want to be in it. Bye bye, it was nice trading ya…
