It could simply mean that the anxiety is leaving the market. Plus you have 3 months of summer, traditionally lower volume months.
And look back at the last bull market, current volume is in line with those levels.

You have to admit that technically we’re in a bull market (13ema crossed 34ema on the monthly), even if the fundamentals don’t say that.
