FSLR is overbought and built up a steep bearish flag/wedge.

+ widening wedge (May to present) on the daily and the weekly, another bearish formation, lines not shown but it’s pretty obvious.

Bought puts.

Some good news came out after market close (don’t know what it is) and FSLR is up 1.60% in the after-hours trading. So here’s a more bullish scenario than the one I have in the previous post.

If trading a longer time-frame, looking at this weekly chart it seems FSLR can go higher. Stochastics and MACD just coming out of the oversold levels; upper Bollinger Band is around $170.

Either FSLR pulls back to $130-136 or keeps on trucking.

However, it looks somewhat over-extended, touched an important resistance level and backed off.

And I don’t like today’s candle so a pullback seems more likely.
